Est. Lilliwaup, Washington
Daily catches from the Pacific Northwest coast — oysters shucked at dawn, Dungeness crab pulled fresh, and seafood that tastes like the water it came from.

Today's Selection
Our boats pull in before dawn along the Washington coast. What you see on our menu is what came off the dock that day — no freezer, no substitutes. The tide determines the menu, not the other way around.
* Selection varies daily. Ask your server for what's on ice.
Our Story
Hama Hama Seafood Company began as a small dockside stand in Lilliwaup, where the Puget Sound meets the open Pacific. What started as a family operation — shucking oysters and loading crates onto boats — has grown into one of the region's most respected seafood destinations.
We still source from the same fishing grounds. Our oysters come from the surrounding bay waters, our crab from local vessels that leave harbor before first light. We don't keep what we can't sell — and we don't sell what we wouldn't serve our own family.
That's not a marketing line. It's simply how we've always done it.
"The tide doesn't keep a schedule. Neither do we — for freshness."
